We used Hunter and his team for a major renovation/addition to our 1960s ranch. We cannot say enough positive things about them. Hunter is incredibly detail oriented and keeps you organized with all the to do items needed to be done. He uses the Buildertrend app to log everything related to the project and it makes it very easy to keep track of what is happening. He has excellent vendors who were all very helpful in picking our selections in a timely manner. His subcontractors and project manager made sure that the house was always clean and safe during work. Hunter Baker Homes and Renovations provided exceptional service in the remodel of our kitchen. While dealing with a customer who didn't quite know what she wanted (me), Hunter was able to guide me and made this process much less overwhelming that it could have been. Hunter is a joy to work with. If he says he will be at your home at noon, he'll be there at 11:55am. If a vendor is running late, you'll get a text. He's a man of his word and will go above and beyond to get the answers to any questions you have. There was an issue with the appliance installers and Hunter was able to pivot and get another company to come in and help him install the appliances to adhere to the timeline he had provided. We added some change orders as we went and were pleased at all the work that was completed. We also came in a little under budget which is everything for a numbers girl like myself. I have already recommended Hunter and will continue to sing his praises to anyone who needs any remodeling work done. You won't be disappointed.
